Im Yoon Ah (임윤아) or her stage name Yoona (윤아) is member of South Korean girl group Girls' Generation or SNSD. Yoona is a member of the most fans and also the mascot Girls' Generation. She graduated from Daeyoong High School and is currently attending Dongguk University majoring in theater and music with her band mate Seohyun. Yoona joined at SM Entertainment after she won auditioned at the 2002 SM Saturday Open Casting Audition where she sung "Please" by Wax and danced to Britney Spears's "Oops!...I Did It Again" and BoA' "Valenti". In 2007, Yoona put into group Girls' Generation or SNSD. Yoona was well known in the entertainment industry because of various modelling and endorsements she did for various magazines when she was still a trainee.
In July 2007 Girls' Generation had their unofficial first stage performance with their single 'Into the New World' on Mnet School of Rock. On August 5, 2007 Girls’ Generation had their official debut stage on SBS Inkigayo with their single debut 'Into the New World'. Even though it looks quiet and feminine, Yoona it was a very active and very strong in Girls' Generation. She earned the nickname 'Deer' because she very active like deer.
