Choi Si Won (최시원) or his stage name Siwon (시원) is member of South Korean boyband Super Junior. Siwon named same meaning with perfection, goodness, passion, knowledge, beautiful and holy. Siwon is a Super Junior's member of the most cool and gentleman. Siwon had a younger sister named Choi Jiwon. Siwon came from a wealthy family. His mother was a diplomat while his father was CEO of a pharmaceutical company. Siwon family also has a Hyundai Department Store. Department Store has opened many branches. Siwon is the wealthiest member in Super Junior. Siwon is a devout Protestant Christian.

When he was 16, Siwon was scouted by a talent agent from SM Entertainment as he was waiting for friends in front of his high school. The agent recommended him to audition for the company's Starlight Casting System. Originally Siwon's father did not want his children to get into the entertainment world because Siwon's father wanted him to continue his company. Finally, he auditioned without his parent's approval, his parents were notified only after he passed the auditions. Although his parents allowed him to sign a contract with SM Entertainment, they did not give him any help because they wanted him to take responsibility for his actions.

On 6 November 2005, Siwon debuted with Super Junior on SBS's music program Popular Songs with their first single debut 'Twins (Knock Out)'. In April 2008 Siwon get into Super Junior subgroup, a Mandopop subgroup of Super Junior for the Chinese music industry. He goes into Super Junior-M together with Donghae, Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, Hang Geng and two non Super Junior members Henry and Zhou Mi. In 2011 Super Junior-M additional members from Super Junior, Sungmin and Eunhyuk joined the group. In 8 April 2008 Siwon and Super Junior-M debut with their single debut 'U' in China at the 8th Annual Music Chart Awards. In January 2010, Siwon starred in SBS drama Oh My Lady!. 

In addition to singers and actors, Siwon is also a model. In the 3 March 2010, he modeled along with f(x) Sulli for André Kim fashion show. In 2009, Siwon with his band mate Donghae, become co-starred in Taiwanese singer Ariel Lin's music video for 'Firefly (螢火蟲)'. In 2011, Siwon co-starred again with his band mate Donghae, in the Taiwanese television drama Skip Beat! with Taiwanese actress Ivy Chen. In February 2012, he graduated from Inha University alongside fellow member Ryeowook.

SUPER JUNIOR-M PROFILE

Super Junior Mandarin or Super Junior-M is the third official subgroup South Korean boyband Super Junior. The "M" can also represent a list of other aspects, such as the first letter of their debut album Me, and also "mi", the pinyin for charismatic and fan, the latter meaning referring to their desire to connect closer with fans. This subgroup is made to promote Chinese music or what we call Mandopop or C-pop. 

Super Junior-M member are consisting Donghae, Siwon, Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, and Hang Geng and two non Super Junior members Henry and Zhou Mi. Hang Geng become leader in Super Junior-M. But after Han Geng filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment, Super Junior-M temporarily stopped all activities. In December 2010 it was announced that Han Geng won the lawsuit, leaving the group and SM Entertainment. After Han Geng officially left the group, Zhou Mi become Super Junior-M leader, replace Hang Geng. In 2011 Super Junior-M comeback with two additional members from Super Junior, Sungmin and Eunhyuk joined the group. 

On April 8, 2008 Super Junior-M debuted in Beijing at the 8th Annual Music Chart Awards. On April 23, 2008 Super Junior-M released their debut album 'Me' in selected provinces of China. On April 30, 2008 they released Korean version of the album with three bonus Korean language tracks and on May 2, 2008 they released modified version of the album was released in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan.

In September 23, 2009 Super Junior-M released their mini album, the'EP Super Girl. Their single 'Super Girl' has made the popularity of Super Junior-M growing up. In February 2011 Super Junior-M comeback with their mini album 'EP Perfection'. On February 25, Perfection was first released in Taiwan.
