SUPER JUNIOR - T PROFILE
Super Junior-T or Super Junior Trot is the second official subgroup South Korean boy band Super Junior. Super Junior-T member are consisting Super Junior's leader Leeteuk, Eunhyuk, Shindong, Sungmin, Heechul, and Kangin. They are the first idol group known for capitalizing trot music, the oldest form of Korean pop music. Super Junior-T's music style is a distinctive style of trot, an old fashioned style of Korean pop music.
On 23 February 2007 Super Junior-T debuted with their single debut 'Rokkugo' on SBS's Inkigayo, performing 'Rokkugo' and 'Chotcha' with famous trot singer Bang Shil Yi. Rokkugo become Korea's sixteenth best selling record and the number one best selling single of 2007. The debut was also marked as Heechul comeback performance after his injury from a car accident that occurred in August 2006. The accident was caused by a tire that does not work properly and that he was riding in a car change lanes too. The accident resulted in his left leg broken in five places, including the femur, knee, and ankle, so he must be in operation for six hours.

Two months later, Leeteuk, Shindong, Eunhyuk, and other member Super Junior's Kyuhyun were injured in a car accident. Kyuhyun who was sitting behind the driver's seat, the most severely injured. Leeteuk had scratches on his back and his face, and must be received 150 stitches. While Shindong and Eunhyuk only suffered bruises with some scratches. Because of this Super Junior-T's schedules were completely canceled for two months. Schedules resumed in June, but only lasted a month. In November 15, 2008 the subgroup returned with a debut in the Japanese music industry, releasing the Japanese version of 'Rokuko', 'Rock&GO'. Super junior-T hoping to increase awareness of older trot musicians and being hopeful comebacks of trot to mainstream music.
On May 5th until June 30th 2007, Super Junior-T participated in the M.net Variety Show 'KM Idol World (아이돌 월드)'. Super Junior-T also get 'Trot award' from Bugs Music Awards through their single 'Knock Knock Knock'.
