MISS A PROFILE


Miss A is South Korean girl group from under AQ Entertainment, JYP Entertainment sub label. JYP Entertainment is one of the biggest company in South Korea holding the biggest stars today like Wonder Girls, 2PM & 2AM. Miss A member are Fei, Jia, Min, and Suzy. Fei and Jia are two best recognized female celebrities of Chinese origin but active in the South Korean entertainment scene. While, Suzy and Min nationality are South Korea.


Miss A began as a five member group and they were widely known to the Chinese audiences as JYP Sisters and was dubbed by JYP as the "Chinese Wonder Girls". One of the members, Hyelim replace Sun Mi for 'Wonder Girls'. The two remaining members of the group, Fei and Jia, soon had Suzy added making the group into a trio. In June of 2010, they gained a contract with Samsung in Korea along with a Chinese version in China and released a CF song called "Love Again" for Samsung Anycall China. On June 23, 2010 JYP Entertainment announced Miss A added a final member Min, who had trained with JYP nine years prior to debut with Wonder Girl Sunye and 2AM Jo Kwon.


On July 1, 2010 Miss A made their Korean debuted with their single debut 'Bad Girl Good Girl' from their debut mini album called "Bad but Good" on Mnet! Countdown. On September 26, 2010 Miss A made their comeback with single 'Breathe' from their mini album called 'Step Up'In May 2011, Miss A released "Love Alone", one of their song from their A Class album. On July 21, 2011 Miss A promoting the title song "Good Bye Baby" on Mnet's M! Countdown, single from their album digitally who released on July 18, 2011.


On September 30, Miss A debuted in Chinese with the release of a special edition of their first full album. Miss A made Chinese versions of Bad Girl Good Girl, Breathe, Goodbye Baby and Love Again. On February 20, 2012 Miss A comeback in Korea with their mini album 'Touch'. On February 23, 2012 Miss A started their promotions for Touch on M.net M! Countdown. On March 23, Miss A released a Chinese version of the 'Touch' album in Hong Kong and Taiwan. This album contains the Korean and Chinese version of 'Touch'.
