2AM PROFILE
2AM (투에이엠) is South Korean Boyband. 2AM is group from JYP Entertainment, one of the largest entertainment companies in South Korea. 2AM members are Jo Kwon as leader, Jinwoon as maknae, Changmin, and Seulong. Jo Kwon become a member of the longest in the trainee in JYP. Jo Kwon trained for 2567 days, 12 days past 7 years after he joining JYP. 2AM made their debut in June 2008 with single This Song on KBS's Music Bank. They sing in ballad genre. Their fansclub named I AM , means I exists because of AM. Their official fan-light is a signature Metallic Grey.
2AM is a branch of oneday with 2PM, an 11-membered group from JYP Entertainment before Jaebeom's departure. Oneday is formed from a reality show M.Net Hot Blood Documenter. Initially, Jinwoon was eliminated on Hot Blood, but he ended up in 2AM due to Daehun's withdrawal from JYP while Changmin was the only member of One Day to not appear in the documentary because he was serving in the military at that time.
Their major breakthrough came in January 2010 with huge hit Can’t Let You Go Even If I Die. With song I can’t Let You Go even if I Die, 2AM get their first Mutizen award on SBS Inkigayo. In March 2010, 2AM is releasing the repackaged version of I can’t Let You Go even if I Die album, with one new song, I was Wrong (잘못했어) and making a mini-drama instead of MV for promotion of this song. In January 2012, 2AM comeback with their Japanese single Never Let You Go, a Japanese version of the band's Korean single, Even if I Die, I Can't Let You Go (죽어도 못보내).
