Lee Min Young (이민영 / 李敏英) or her stage name Min is member of South Korean girl group Miss A. Min is the lead vocalist and main dancer of Miss A. Besides good at singing, her dancing abilities also can not be doubted. Because of her ability, the Min is also referred to as junior Rain. Before debuting with Miss A, Min had some notable recognition in South Korea and some parts of America for being "Lil Jon's protege". She is considered as JYP's longest trainee nine years prior to debut with Wonder Girl Sunye and 2AM Jo Kwon. From a young age, Min has been entered into the world of entertainment. At 13 years old, she and Girls' Generation Hyoyeon, formed a dance duo called "Little Winners". Little Winners received many good comments and response. Her dance skill is considered even better than Hyoyeon who is also known as the female Michael Jackson.




In the 12th years old, Min auditioned to be a trainee for JYP Entertainment. After a year of training, since 2005 she was sent to the U.S. and received training from many US famous musician and dancer for prepares her U.S. debut. On the young age of 12, Min had trained to be a professional actor and also received 2 years of singing and dancing training under the most authoritativecompany. She went to study at the Repertory Company High School in ManhattanMin is a native Korean people but the English language very well because she's been living in the United. In 2007, Min released first US album. The producer of this album is Park Jin Young and America famous musician. On the 24th, Park Jin Young announced Min's tour activities on Seven's 'world tour' concert press conference.


In 2008, Min back to Korea because she had ran away after being disheartened from the recurring delay of her U.S. debut. She said that no one, not even her family nor JYP, knew that she had gone back to South Korea. She worked several jobs including being a Dance teacher and an English teacher for about 18 months. In 2010, Min became the last member of Miss AIn June 2010, Min officially debuted with her girl group Miss A with their single 'Bad Girl Good Girl'.


After debuted with Miss AMin collaborated with her label mate, San E, for his debut single, "Tasty San". On October 15, 2010 Min collaboration with group of 20 'Let's Go'. On October 2010, Min had followed Korean variety show 'KBS 100 Points Out of 100', but because of Min's performance is not good, she spent the first episode of the show. However, when the show came back on air as "100 Points Out Of 100", Min was re-enrolled with the help of label mate, 2PM Chansung. She became a permanent cast member of the show then on until it was announced to be cancelled on May, 2010. In January, 2011 due to KARA's controversy that arose, Park Gyuri could not host her radio show Shimshimtapa with Super Junior Shindong. For 29th and 30th since Shindong also had to attend to personal appointments. Because of this,  Min, 2PM Junho and MBLAQ became temporary hosts.
